1. When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.


2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region:

  • US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–18 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.


3. How do I track my order?

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update their system.


4. Do you offer returns?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

5. What do I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 48 hours at support@karsenrepublic.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

We’ll replace it or issue a refund.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this, orders begin processing and can no longer be edited.


7. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.


9. Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes.
These are not controlled or charged by Karsen Republic.


10. I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Contact us immediately.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it.
If it has shipped, Karsen Republic is not responsible for incorrect addresses.


11. My tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Please check:

  • Neighbors

  • Mailroom

  • Security desk

  • Local courier office

If still unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist.
