1. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time:

1–2 business days

Once your order is processed, it will be forwarded to our fulfillment partners for packing and dispatch. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Below are standard estimates:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia

7–12 business days

Asia & Middle East

7–14 business days

Rest of the World

10–18 business days

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high-volume periods — factors outside our control.


3. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking, which will be automatically emailed to you once shipped.

Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Reduced rates

  • Seasonal offers
    These will be clearly shown at checkout.


5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Karsen Republic is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable recipients

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect input at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we can reship it, but reshipping fees will apply.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in product or shipping costs

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

  • Vary by country and local regulations

Karsen Republic cannot predict or control these fees.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, our support team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will:

  • Re-ship your order at no additional cost or

  • Offer a store credit or refund, depending on the situation

Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for compensation unless proven otherwise after investigation.


8. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may be shipped in separate packages if items come from different fulfillment centers.
You will receive tracking information for each package.


9. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately.
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
We cannot guarantee changes after this period.
