This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on karsenrepublic.com. We currently ship within the United States only, and all prices are displayed in USD.

1) Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time may begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email after purchase
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking once shipped
2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard ground shipping within the United States.
Typical transit time after dispatch: 6–10 business days
Total estimate (processing + transit): 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather or natural events
- Operational disruptions outside our control
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout in some cases.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery destination
- Order weight/size
- Selected shipping method
Any shipping promotions (including free shipping, if offered) will be clearly shown on the site and/or at checkout.
4) Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are considered placed that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
5) Shipping Restrictions
We ship United States only and do not currently ship internationally.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- U.S. territories
6) Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact:

7) Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
- Delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failed deliveries due to unreachable recipients
If a package is returned to us for address issues or delivery failure, you may request reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8) Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
If the carrier marks a package as “delivered,” it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery, but we will assist you in reviewing carrier records where possible.
