1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimate wear

  • Personal care items

  • Opened kitchen tools or consumables

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.


3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting our team first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover return shipping or issue a free replacement.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Karsen Republic is not responsible for lost return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank (3–10 business days)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with a clear explanation.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item or size, please:

  1. Request a refund for your original order

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing and better availability.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders begin processing immediately, cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of ordering.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
You may return the item once it arrives.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider
