This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed on karsenrepublic.com and shipped within the United States.

1) 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original packaging
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be free from damage, stains, odors, alterations, or visible wear
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied at our discretion.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Intimate wear
- Personal care products
- Cosmetics
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloads
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or made-to-order items
If an item is non-returnable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
3) How to Start a Return
To request a return, email:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos (required if item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and an authorization reference number.
Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
4) Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived defective
- The item was damaged in transit
- We shipped the wrong item
For approved defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label or replacement at no additional cost.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
5) Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email of approval or denial
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If a return is denied, we will notify you with the reason. If you request the item to be shipped back to you, additional shipping charges may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of excessive returns, abuse of policy, or suspected fraudulent activity.
6) Exchanges
We do offer exchanges, subject to the criteria below.
Exchange Eligibility Criteria:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must meet all original return condition requirements
- The desired replacement item must be in stock
- The exchange must be for the same product in a different size or color (unless otherwise approved)
Exchange Process:
- Email sales@karsenrepublic.com with your order number and exchange request.
- Once approved, return the original item following our return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange.
If the new item is higher in price, you will be required to pay the price difference before shipment. If it is lower in price, the difference may be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock at the time of inspection, we may offer:
- A store credit
- A refund
- An alternative product (if agreed upon)
7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund for approved claims.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility.
8) Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders begin processing immediately.
To request a cancellation or change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return it after delivery if it qualifies under this policy.
9) Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company or bank
- If still unresolved after 10 business days, contact sales@karsenrepublic.com
