All Karsen Republic products include a 30-day limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

If an issue is covered, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, or stains occurring after use

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft

To file a warranty claim, email support@karsenrepublic.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

2. Product Care Guidelines

Following proper care helps extend the lifespan of your products.

Apparel Care

  • Wash similar colors together

  • Avoid bleach

  • Hang dry for best results

  • Do not iron printed graphics

Home & Lifestyle Items

  • Wipe with a clean, soft cloth

  • Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces

  • Keep away from direct heat sources

  • Follow included care instructions when applicable

Kitchen Products

  • Hand wash when recommended

  • Dry immediately to prevent water spots

  • Do not submerge items with electronic components

  • Store in a cool, dry place

3. Warranty Claim Processing

Once we receive your claim:

  • We review the details within 2–3 business days

  • Approved claims receive a replacement or refund

  • Returned items (if required) must be shipped within 7 days of approval
